  • Monthly strategy and performance review calls

  • Financial insights based on client-provided data

These services are advisory in nature and do not replace professional accounting, legal, or tax services. You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals before making any financial or legal decisions.

All invoices are issued via QuickBooks or other agreed-upon platforms. Late payments may result in paused service delivery until payment is received.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, templates, dashboards, and documentation created by Thrive Interests remain the intellectual property of Thrive Interests unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients are granted the right to use delivered dashboards and reports for internal business purposes. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.

 

7. Third-Party Tools

Thrive Interests may use or recommend third-party tools and services such as:

  • Microsoft 365

  • QuickBooks Online

  • Power BI

  • Coupler.io

  • Google BigQuery

  • Wix

We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or data handling. You are encouraged to review their individual policies.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and quality, Thrive Interests makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, profitability, or performance. All recommendations are made in good faith based on data provided by the client.

We are not liable for:

  • Errors in client-submitted data

  • Financial decisions made based on delivered insights

  • Downtime or interruptions of third-party platforms

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate a project or consultation at any time if communication is unprofessional, requirements are misrepresented, or payment terms are violated.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Texas.

 

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be modified accordingly.
